These ideas should be the basis of all great programs. We strive to make out players better, not just physically, but by expanding their minds as well. It’s hard to gain confidence in a sport designed around failure, but if you can help players grasp that edge, you give them the power to succeed in the face of difficulty.

They will stare into the eyes of adversity without blinking, knowing they are capable of amazing feats thanks to the small successes you have helped them create one small step at a time.
